BASIC SEO IMPLEMENTATION
We implement SEO best practices (using YOAST) that include optimizing page titles, focus keyword and meta descriptions on top-level pages (up to 10). All client-specific content and keywords must be provided prior to implementation. Further SEO strategy, individual portfolio or imagery optimization will require a separate estimate for this service.
Depending on the state of your current website, your existing content (blog posts, portfolios, press content) can be exported and migrated over. Adjustments in image sizing, fonts, placement is likely needed to confirm to the new design. Client assistance may be required to provide proper images (for retina screens) or linking. A review of your content and implementation will be provided upon project inception.

WordPress is the most popular platform for self-hosted blogging and content management. Our maintenance package locks the site down from possible viruses and attacks with a firewall and other protective measures we can prevent possible intrusions. Includes external cloud server backup, WP theme, plugins, media uploads and database backups, Uptime monitoring, security monitoring and troubleshooting. Includes 1 hour of website development for fixes, additions, etc during the year. Includes DIVI Subscription ($79 annually). Highly recommended.

Sometimes you want a little extra something to add an extra tactile element or luxury to your printed materials. YDS can offer suggestions and oversee your printing for you. Print management includes sourcing print estimates, exploration of specialized print processes to achieve desired effects, proofing, and delivery of print job. Please note this does not include actual printing costs.

I've paid, now what?
Awesome – we can’t wait to get started. We’ll send you our detailed questionnaire so we really get to know you and your business. After reviewing your answers, we’ll commence auditing your brand & site. We will provide your feedback 7 days from receipt of your questionnaire, and then a schedule of day/times will be presented to you to followup.
Do you look at my social media feeds as well?
Yes! We suggest picking your top 2 social media feeds that either drives traffic to your site or converts to sales (or followers). We’ll review it for design consistency and cohesion, as it pertains to your overall brand.
Do you look at my SEO?
Yes, and No. We look over your basic SEO details such as page titles, photo optimization and discuss optimal keywords based on your needs. We DO offer a more in-depth report that includes SEO Optimization details is an extra $150.
Do I need to have your team implement these suggestions or edits?
Nope! Our detailed notes are meant to be shared with your team to implement, and BONUS! they are actually written so everyone can understand them.
Do you have a payment plan for the Audit?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a payment plan for this one-time service.
I've decided to not make any improvements after all...can I get a refund?
Sorry, once an audit has been started, we cannot offer a refund.
Will anyone else have the same logo as me?
No. In order to provide you a unique, stand-out brand, we sell each logo design only once. Logo designs are retired from our collections once they are sold.
What software do I use to edit my templates?
Social Media templates are created in Canva. You will need a Canva for Work subscription ($12/mo.) to edit your templates. Printed pieces like a business card or note card are provided as print-ready PDF files. We make the edits for you so that you simply need to send them to a printer.
How do I get access to my templates?
We will provide you links to your Canva templates and print files.
Any additional fees?
Yes. You will need to pay separately for printing. The files we provide you are set-up for Moo.com. You will submit payment directly to Moo when you order your printed pieces. In some cases, there may be additional fees for fonts associated with your brand collection.
What platform do you build these websites on?
Our templates are built custom for us on WordPress, using Divi – a visual drag & drop page builder.
Are these templates mobile friendly?
Absolutely. We know Google ranks for mobile first, so we have designed for it at the start.
How does this process work?
We integrate your existing branding (logo, brand colors, fonts and elements) into one of our themes, giving you an up-to-date and alluring new site and social media templates in a fraction of the time.
Can you redesign a page or 3 for me?
Time permitting, we can provide custom design additions or edits to you. Billed hourly.
Do you add my current or new website content?
Yes and No. We add in your homepage, about, services page content and 1 sample portfolio into the templates. Placeholder images are in place to show you how to do the rest (along with our handy videos & guide). Want it all done? Add our content implementation service, sit back and relax – it’s taken care of!
Any other fees?
Divi has a Yearly Access ($89) or Lifetime Access membership plans. If you You can learn more about that here*. If you choose our website maintenance plan, Divi is included. Some of our templates include specialized plugins, which may have a very nominal annual or one-time fee.
What do I need to do to get started?
Yeah, we’re so excited! We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule your collection. Upon payment we will send you our brand/web questionnaire and schedule a 15 minute consultation to kick off.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, you can make installments of 2-3 payments. All work must be paid in full before final files or website is released. Please fill our contact form and we will contact you with payment information.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the digital nature of our products – and them being viewable before a project is started – we do not provide refunds once a project has commenced.
What if I need extra support?
With your brand or website collection, we provide how-to videos to walk you through updating your website and templates. For additional support beyond site launch, we are available – schedule permitting – on an hourly basis.
